Be Truly Stilled

This was written back in October 2022 and somehow never got published here. You may sense as you read it that I was concerned about getting unpleasant news that might wound and traumatise the heart. This concern especially hurts when it comes from those who are close to us and from whom we might hope to experience healing and hope instead.

I don't remember if I did receive painful news, but either way, this reflects the feelings I felt whilst waiting...

There is some audio that I wrote and associate with this... but that is also in process... let's hope I recorded something back in the day and thus it might appear here at some stage.
